The camera pans around revealing a residential area. All the streets signs are in french lending little information to the american audience.

A group of men all dressed in black with hoods get out of a car and walk to a home with the lights off.

The man that seems to be the leader gives the signal to move around the back.

The men start to rummage through large black duffel bags and pull out gasoline containers. All of a sudden a small blaze can be seen in the back.

The house is soon completely engulfed in flames and is blackening quickly. The roof colapses and neighbors begin to come out of their homes calling the police and fire department and yelling to the hooded men.

The leader says in a raspy voice: Des traîtres sont punis.

The tape goes black momentarily as the camera is dropped and the tape continues later, the sun is up and a hand is seem reaching out of the rubbel. The hand pushes the debris out of the way and the man fully escapes but is covered in too much soot and blood to be identified.

The man looks to his feet and sees a burnt handle with scraps of burnt bamboo sticking out of the guard.

He looks to his left and sees a burnt pair of feet laying completely motionless and unresponsive.

The man looks to the handle then to the feet and grabs it saying in a voice choked with tears "Pete".

Burnt Man: I know what I have to do Pete. I know how you would've wanted me to go on. I'm sorry I let this happen. I promise you, I will kill them all. Every last one of them. Ils sauront la crainte, mon frère.

The man looks over at the camera on the ground and stomps on it.
